Florida Licensed School Psychologist #SS1853

I’m Allison Cardone, a Nationally Certified School Psychologist dedicated to nurturing the mental well-being and academic success of students. I began my professional career after graduating from Florida State University in 2020 where I earned my Master of Science in Counseling and Human Systems and my Education Specialist degree in Counseling and Human Systems with a major in School Psychology. Prior to that I graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with minors in Sociology, Classical Studies, and Women’s Studies.

Currently, I am a part of Pinellas County Schools’ Psychological Services team, where I support multiple schools in addressing the diverse needs of our student population.

My professional focus spans a range of specialties including psychoeducational assessments, solution-focused counseling, and consultative services. By utilizing a range of assessments, I aim to identify individual strengths and barriers to the student’s learning. Within counseling, I have a particular emphasis in mindfulness and employ meditation techniques as one of many tools to aid my clients in mastering emotional regulation. My goal is to equip individuals with the necessary skills to manage stress, enhance focus, and promote overall well-being. My passion for supporting the holistic development of students has been the driving force behind my work.

In my free time, I enjoy doing yoga and am an RYT 200. I also enjoy reading, cooking, and spending time at home or in nature with my husband and our pets.
